FREE courses on topics including managing money, starting a business, working in a school or coping with stress are available this month.
Anyone can sign up for the courses run by housing association Bracknell Forest Homes (BFH) working with the NHS, Next Step Careers advice and Lifelong Learning at Bracknell Forest Council.
BFH chief executive Caroline Titley said: "These courses, which are run by specialist organisations, bring out a variety of important skills and are a perfect way to help keep to new year resolutions." There will be self-employment workshops for people aged 19 or over on Monday, with two sessions, either 10.30am-noon or 2-3.30pm.
