Walker, Pat Sadly passed away peacefully at Frimley Park Hospital on 5th February 2019, aged 78 She will be very sadly missed by her loving family and friends. The Funersal Service will take place at Easthampstead Park Crematorium Braccan Chapel on Monday 4th March 2019 at 2:30 pm. Family flowers only please.
