Patrick John Stevens Former Met Office, Bracknell, Employee. Passed away peacefully on 21st May 2019, aged 81, after a brave battle with illness. He will be sadly missed by his Wife, Son, Grandchildren, 3 Step Children, 6 Step Grandchildren & 2 Great Step Grandchildren. His funeral will take place at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Tuesday 11th June at 3:30pm. Family flowers only please.
