FORSYTH Patricia May "Pat" Passed away peacefully in the Royal Berkshire Hospital on 29th May 2019, aged 81 years. Beloved wife, mother and grandmother. Thanksgiving service at All Saints Church, Wokingham on Tuesday 2nd July at 3.00pm. Family flowers only.
