HAMLETT Patricia Passed away on 5th November 2019, aged 84 years. Much loved mother, grandmother and great friend to all who knew her. Funeral service at Easthampstead Park Crematorium, Braccan Chapel on Wednesday 11th December at 12.30pm. Family flowers only.
