GRATTAN Catherine Winifred Sadly passed away peacefully at The Royal Berkshire Hospital on 9th February 2021, aged 79. Loving Wife to Patrick. Mother to Jackie, Rachel, Andrew and Justin. Loving Nanny to Sebastian, Carenza, Samuel and Lily-Rose. Survived by her Brothers James and Tony. Sisters Monica and Jennifer. She will be very much missed by her Family and Friends.
