FREE family bike rides are being held at Dinton Pastures Country Park in Hurst this summer.
Wokingham Borough Council's cycling instructors are running the free rides every Saturday morning until September 8 between 10am-noon.
Jill Bissell, cycle training co-ordinator, said: "Through the family bike rides we hope to get people to try cycling with their children and rediscover the fun and freedom that it offers.
"We can also show them some local routes suitable for cyclists and give them tips on staying safe on the roads." The rides will start and finish at the Dragonfly Caf at the park in Davis Street.
They are aimed at inexperienced cyclists and will be led by the council's trained ride leaders at a gentle pace with no one left behind.
There will be a choice of routes, starting with short easy rides but with the chance to progress to longer routes, including cycling on local quiet roads.
Children should be aged eight years or over and must be accompanied by an adult and wearing a cycle helmet.
Places should be booked by contacting Ms Bissell via 0118 908 8208 or jill.bissell@wokingham.gov.uk
