We are inviting you to put forward worthy candidates for a range of categories – including voluntary, education, business, sport and work – who will be feted at a gala dinner later this year.
The annual event is organised by the News, Bracknell Regeneration Partnership (BRP), again the lead sponsor, and other partners.
Helen Barnett, marketing manager of BRP, said: “We are delighted to be supporting the Pride of Bracknell Awards in what is now its ninth year.
“The awards are a fantastic celebration of everything that our town represents, and it’s a great opportunity to recognise the efforts of individuals in our community. Every year we hear of new and inspiring stories and I’m sure this year won’t be any different.
“Often, local heroes can go unrecognised, so these awards are a great opportunity for people to put forward someone they know who deserves this recognition.” The deadline for nominations is Friday, March 28.
Judges will then shortlist nominations for the awards, and the successful nominees will receive an invitation for themselves and a guest to attend the presentation evening on Friday, April 25.
Readers can also nominate their heroes by going online at www.bracknellnews.co.uk/pride
