A NURSERY has hosted an annual spring fair in Wokingham with some extra help from David Wilson Homes Southern.
The Meadow Mayhem spring fair was organised by the Meadow Nursery School on Sunday, May 19.
The event hosted craft stalls, a BBQ, a bouncy castle and a whole range of entertainment for children to enjoy.
Jo Haskins, event organiser, said: “Another great year for Meadow Mayhem raising £2,500.
“It was a brilliant day, everyone had fun with lots to do for the whole family especially with the addition of live entertainment this year from Creative Eye.
“Meadow Nursery are looking forward to creating a new playground area with the proceeds.”
David Wilson Homes Southern is currently crafting a section of properties at the near by Monatgue Park and joined in the fun to support the local celebration.
Rob Allen, sales director at David Wilson Homes Southern, said: “We were delighted to be able to support the Meadow Mayhem event and are pleased to hear that it was such a success.
“As we are creating a new community in the area it was important for us to get behind a well-known celebration which many families in the area enjoy each year.”
The Montague Park development site has an onsite primary school and a 30-acre country park.
