RESIDENTS in Bracknell have been celebrating the beginning of the summer season with a community fete.
Residents at the Woodhurst Park development in Warfield attended the fete on Saturday, June 29.
The summer event was designed to create the feeling of an English village and guests enjoyed live music, fete-style games and a range of catering options throughout the afternoon, including Dough and Deer Pizzeria.

Benjamin Ivey, sales and marketing director at Berkeley Homes, said: “We have really been looking forward to this community-based event, which has offered residents the perfect way to celebrate the start of summer and the beginning of a new chapter in the Woodhurst Park community.
“The development has definitely lived up to the traditional village atmosphere we initially envisioned.”
A petting zoo introduced families to a variety of farmyard animals and children also enjoyed colourful face painting.
