The Capitol Children's Plastic Waste poster competition in Bracknell asked St Michaels Primary School to design posters highlighting the key message of what plastic waste means to the environment.
Maeve Flanagan, building manager at Capitol, said: "Our children against plastic waste competition is a fantastic opportunity for Capitol to work with the local community and help raise awareness of plastic waste. "I am a firm believer that education is the best way to combat plastic waste, so where better to start than in schools."
Students had to design posters with key messages and statistics, such as reduce, refill and recycle.
The aim of this was to reduce plastic and coffee cup consumption and to use a refillable mug instead of single use cups.
The winners and runner up, Sophie, Eiddwen and Poppy were awarded a prize each which was presented by the Mayor of the Borough of Bracknell Forest, Councillor Pauline McKenzie.
The winning posters are displayed around the Capitol building and the companies sustainable cleaning team, Greenzest will also be awarding the school with a £1,500 donation.
Maeve added: "At Capitol we work hard with local schools and charities to fully engage and support our local community and this type of initiative brings together our occupiers and local community."
