A JAW-dropping event which saw civilian 'white collar' boxers go head-to-head with veteran armed forces fighters took place to raise money for a very worthy cause.
Boxing for Veterans is the idea behind white collar boxer and dad-of-two Terry Reed, 32 from Harmans Water, Bracknell and co-founder Clinton Montague, 56, from Ascot.
The event, which was held at Bracknell Leisure Centre on Saturday, August 3 saw amateur white collar boxers fight to raise money for individual veteran charities and give those who served in the British Armed Forces the "recognition they deserve".
Clinton Montague said: "The government is not taking enough care over our veterans so we are trying to put them at the forefront of our minds.
"We are just trying to do everything we can to give awareness to the veterans who fought so hard for our country."
The organisation has so far raised over £6,000 and raised even more money, with hundreds of guests watching the fights.
