TODDLERS dressed as their favourite toys to help raise £500 for a children's charity.

Jo Jingles in Bracknell joined forces to hose the 2019 Tommy's Jinglethon, where babies, toddlers and their parents come together to raise money for the charity.

Tommy's is a charity which aims to fund vital research into miscarriages, stillbirths and premature births.

Jackie Thornton, franchisee of Jo Jingles Ascot, said: “At Jo Jingles Bracknell and Winkfield Row, we are all really excited to be taking part in the Tommy’s Jinglethon.

"We are aiming to raise £500 locally and £100,000 nationally. The theme of our Jinglethon is toys so we are hoping that our little ones will have fun in the themed class. They can bring their favourite toy to class and dress up for good measure whilst fundraising to save other babies’ lives”.

The organisation funds four research centres in the UK which investigate causes and find treatments.

Money raised from the Jinglethon will help raise money for a new centre dedicated to ensuring the best maternity care is available to every parent and baby.

Jane Brewin, chief executive of Tommy's, said: "We are so looking forward to seeing the babies and children dress up as, and bringing their favourite toy to their special Jinglethon class.

"Jinglethon is a great way for mums and dads to involve their little ones in a good cause. Tommy’s relies on the generosity and hard work of its supporters, like those from Jo Jingles, helping us to pioneer research to make pregnancy and birth safer for mums and babies."
