Jasmin Fuller was walking to her car after taking her son swimming with her boyfriend and couldn't believe what she saw.
She said: "I was shocked and scared as I had my seven-month-old little boy with me and my boyfriend, but I could not let them get away so I reached as far as I could to get the number plates in the video.
"I did not want to get too close as I needed to think about my safety and my child's."
She claims to have seen a couple of men breaking into a white van and then quickly get out and jump into a black BMW, before they quickly drove away.
Jasmin added: "I am disgusted by these men and it makes me scared for my little boy to grow up, as if this is happening now, imagine what’s going to happen in the future."
A Thames Valley Police spokesman said: "I can confirm that Thames Valley Police received a report of a theft from a motor vehicle at around midday on Sunday (20/10) in Bagshot Road, Bracknell.
