A TV celebrity and soap star will be coming to Bracknell to switch on the Christmas lights.
Sherrie Hewson, best known for her role as Maureen Webster in Coronation Street, will be meeting the residents at Astbury Manor to light up the care home.

The twinkling lights will be turned on on November 22, alongside Bracknell Mayor Councillor Pauline McKenzie.
Sherrie is an ambassador for care company Avery which owns Astbury Manor in Bracknell.
Local carol singers will get residents in the festive spirit and afternoon tea will be served to finish off the event.
In town is gearing up for an exciting Christmas celebration, with the festive period starting on November 13.
The Lexicon's festivities will see LaplandUK's first-ever immersive retail store where shoppers will be able to experience a magical Wishing Tree.

The traditional Christmas market will start on November 15 and located in the hight street.
