AN X-FACTOR 2017 winning boy band are confirmed to be headlining at the Bracknell Christmas lights switch-on event in The Lexicon.
Rak-Su will be taking to the stage to headline the show and bring an upbeat performance for the festive celebrations.
As well as this, Britain's Got Talent 2016 finalists Boogie Storm will get shoppers dancing with their 'dazzling' storm trooper dance routines.
The Christmas lights will officially be turned on on November 24 and the day starts at 12pm until 7pm.
Sue Boor, head of marketing at The Lexicon says: “We hope that such an array of different activity and entertainment will appeal to all the family and look forward to a fantastic afternoon.”
Festivities begin with local singing group Bracknell and Ascot's The Rock Choir, with a blend of popular favourites and feel-good music in Princess Square.
At 3pm, Lapland Uk's favourite elves, including Wish, Elva and Scribble will lead the crowds to turn on the lights at the 10 metre tall Christmas Tree in Union Square.
Children from Garth Under Fives Nursery will help the elves by changing the magical Lexicon Christmas Wish song until their wishes are granted and the lights magically turn on.
The town centre will also be opening later week commencing December 9 and December 16 to allow everyone ample time to do their Christmas shopping.
