The following cases were heard at Reading and Slough Magistrates’ Court:
September 26:
MATTHEW FORD, 32, of Lady Margaret Road, Sunningdale, convicted of common assault by beating in Sunningdale on April 20. Sentenced to prison for 24 weeks suspended for 12 months, due to severity of offence. Also ordered to complete 250 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months. Must pay £350 compensation, and a victim surcharge of £115, plus £700 in court costs.
ANTHONY ORE, 28, of Finch Road, Earley, admitted to assaulting a police officer by beating in Reading on March 27. Also admitted three further charges of the same offence against three other police officers on the same day in Reading. Admitted possession of cannabis on the same occasion, and admitted using threatening words or behaviour also in Reading on March 27. Committed to prison for 18 weeks in total, suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay £200 compensation. Also ordered to pay £200 court costs.
SARAH JONES, 23, of Neuman Crescent, Bracknell, admitted being drunk and disorderly in public, on Forester's Way, Bracknell, on September 19. Given a conditional discharge for 18 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £21. Must also pay £85 in court costs.

September 27:
ALEXANDER CLARK, 20, of Finchampstead Road, Wokingham, convicted of drug-driving on New Forest Rid, Bracknell, on December 16, 2018. Was found to have cannabis in his blood. Also admitted to failing to surrender to custody having being released on bail on April 15 in Reading. Fined £400 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30. Also ordered to pay £620 in court costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

SEPTEMBER 30:
JORDAN FAHERTY, 26, of Chattom Close, Lower Earley, admitted to causing criminal damage to Savers shop window in Reading on January 5. Also admitted to using threatening language or behaviour with intent to cause fear in Reading on January 5. Given a community order including rehabilitation activity and must undertake 80 hours unpaid work. Also ordered to pay £573.13 in compensation, and £150 court costs.
ANDZEJ VOLODKO, 31, of Fairwater Drive, Woodley, admitted failing to attend unpaid work on August 7 and August 12. in Reading. Fined £100, also ordered to pay court costs of £60.
PAUL HARRINGTON, 71, of Mount Lane, Bracknell, admitted driving without the correct insurance on Met Office Roundabout on November 28, 2018. Fined £120, and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge. Also ordered to pat £85 in court costs.
