NEW social housing has been unveiled in Hurst.
Eleven newly constructed homes on Tape Lane are the first social rent council housing of their kind in more than 20 years in the borough.

The homes are made up of two and three-bedroom spaces and were constructed in partnership with Wokingham Housing Limited and contractor Life Build Solutions.
Cllr Bill Soane, Mayor of Wokingham Borough, said: “It was a privilege to view our newly constructed council houses and to meet local residents.

“These new social rent homes are a welcome addition in the borough and will be let to those on the housing register.”
