FOOTBALLERS have been praised after reportedly helping a man when they feared for his safety.
A tweet describes how two Bracknell Town FC Isthmian U18 squad members reportedly stopped to help a man at Reading West Train Station on Wednesday night (November 27).
The tweet claims there was a fear for welfare incident which saw the two football players help a man while they were on route to a training session in the evening.
The tweet finishes to say: "I hope the guy gets all the help he needs."
Police have confirmed that there was a fear for welfare incident at Reading West station where there were concerns for the welfare of a man.

A police spokesman said: "At 6.27pm on 27 November, officers were called to Reading West station following the concern for the welfare of a man.
"Officers attended and a man was taken to a place of safety.”
