BRACKNELL'S old bus depot site will soon be replaced with more than 240 homes.
With the demolition of the site officially completed last month, developers can now work on progressing with planning and construction of The Grand Exchange - which will provide studios as well as one and two-bedroom apartments across 10 floors.

Developer SevenCapital began the demolition of the bus depot in July, and it is planned that the excavation of the existing foundations, concrete and below-ground structures will commence in early 2020.
The estimated completion is 2022.
The website of the developer describes The Grand Exchange as 'sophisticated penthouse-style residences designed specifically for the modern tenant'.
