A NEW TIMETABLE has been announced for Reading trains, says South Western Railway.
The new timetable will be effective from January 6, and will affect lines going from Wokingham and Bracknell to London Waterloo, as well as lines going from Wokingham and Bracknell towards Reading.

SWR announced that the new timetable will be providing 80 additional services a week, in order to improve travel across the entirety of the network.
This change was stated after almost a full month of striking from SWR staff, staring from December 2, over disputes between the rail network and the Rail, Maritime and Transport union (RMT).

The rail network have stated that they will be providing an amended timetable to run up to January 2 and 3, although the strikes will have been finished by then.
