A 'BELOVED' music shop which closed down a year ago this month still remains as an empty unit.
Amen Corner Music Shop in Bracknell opened in 1977 by Francis Jones with just one guitar.

The shop took off like a storm and became one of the largest stockists of musical instruments for Bracknell.
When Francis passed away the store closed down in January 26 2019 and has since remained as an empty unit.
Wendy Halliday, Francis' daughter, said: "The closure of the business is very heart wrenching. We've had to sell our childhood home and cope with the loss of our dad.
"One customer called him a legend to so many musicians."

It seems, there are still big shoes to fill as no one has shown an interest in opening up a shop in the unit.
