An application for a licence review has been issued by officials at Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council (RBWM) and a notice has been placed on the windows of the restaurant.
The restaurant is seeking comments from customers and neighbours on their thoughts about the licence review to see if the complaint is "justifiable".
One person commented: "The late night noise from Pazzia Sunningdale is a nuisance for those who live close to the restaurant."
However, a resident hit back to say: "Sorry to tell you but is a public place where people there try to have fun and enjoy."
The licence review says that customers are not allowed to sit outside from 10pm until 7am and no outdoor entertainment or singing is allowed.
A CCTV system is to be installed around the building and is to be issued to Thames Valley Police.
Pazza's opening hours has also been recommended to close earlier at 11pm instead of midnight.

The notice says: "The grounds for the review are the prevention of public nuisance, there has been a history of noise complaints, disturbance and antisocial behaviour reported to the Environment Protection Team."
Pazzia restuarant said: "We would like to hear the views of the local community and the surrounding area, where Pazzia is situated, if they feel that this complaint is justifiable.
"The council have put up a notice and all comments about the situation should be sent to them by the 10th February 2020."
"If you have some time please forward you comments on the situation to the licence department. Email licensing@rbwm.gov.uk. Thank you for you time and support."
