The home, which would be three-bedroom, would come with two car parking spaces.

Summit House on London Road in Bracknell is set to be transformed.

Plans have already been approved for dozens of apartments at the site, and this application would take the total to 73 overall.

Homeowners at a property on Woodridge Close hope to add a summerhouse to the back of their land.
