After dealing with her own mental health issues, the mum of two decided to create 'Be Kind' sticker decals to inspire other residents in Bracknell to be more positive and kind to one another.
She said: "I have been in bad places myself and my husband sadly lost his sister from suicide.
"With losing a great celebrity too it just made me want to spread awareness, and how better to do it with a simple visual message to raise money for a wonderful charity."
The #BeKind movement is a community-driven scheme that creates positive culture changed based on a foundation of trust and the power of kindness.
Mrs Burks, who is also a foster carer, as well has having her two girls Bonnie and Ellie, says her own personalised gifts business 'Gifts With Love' has helped keep her mind busy and deal with her personal issues.
The response has also been "amazing" with many people wanting to purchase a decal to place on their car or window, says Tracy.
Rachel Tong said: "Looking forward to getting mine! My first bumper sticker and a great one at that."
So far, she has raised £49 and all profits will be sent to the Samaritans.

She added: "It has been an amazing response and people have been thanking me. I am not making any profit from these, just doing a kind supportive gesture.
"I think everyone needs to be kinder in the whole world."
