WORRIED shoppers are stocking up on toilet rolls, food and hand sanitisers in Reading amid growing fears about the spread of coronavirus.
Coronavirus has seen a sudden spark in panic buying across the country, and several local stores have been hit by concerned customers.

Pictures show empty shelves in supermarkets and places Waitrose in Wokingham, quickly selling out of toilet rolls.
One person on twitter said: "There wouldn't be a #toiletrollcrisis if normal amounts were purchased, at this rate, there most definitely will be."
Residents on social media pages are saying Morrisons in Bracknell has run out of hand wash and hand sanitizer amid fears of the coronavirus spreading.

So far, there is just one confirmed case in Berkshire, but several schools have been closed temporarily as a precaution or to carry out deep cleans.
Officials are advising people to wash their hands for the time it takes to sing 'Happy Birthday' twice, but no government advice has advised to panic buy on products.
