It comes as part of the latest update form the health body, as of 9:00am yesterday, which confirmed 244 people have tested positive for COVID-19.
The latest figure for Wokingham borough follows the news earlier this month that a teacher at Willow Bank Infant School, in Woodley, had tested positive for the virus.
The school was forced to close for deep cleaning, alongside a number of other schools nearby as a precaution.
It is not known if the latest two additional patients have any connection in the borough with the teacher.
