The football club was informed last night Southall FC that one of their fans who attended the game on Saturday, March 7, now has contracted the virus.
As a precaution, the Ascot United FC will be closed for deep cleaning today.
Public Health England has now been in contact with the club and confirmed that the risk of catching the coronavirus is “low”.
The original statement from the club said the site will be closed until further noticed but they have since said it will reopen tomorrow.
Simon Negus, deputy chairman, said: "Public Health England have now been in direct contact with the club and have confirmed that the risk of exposure has been deemed as “low” given the circumstances.
"The safety of our members and the public is obviously paramount and resulted in us taking the proactive decision to close the site as a precaution whilst we sought the appropriate advice and support.
"The club had already thoroughly cleaned the area early on Sunday ahead of being made aware and before the majority of site users arrived, further reducing the risk but we have agreed with PHE to undertake a further precautionary deep clean ahead of reopening the facility to members or general public.
"To minimise the impact on our membership and the wider community the additional deep clean will take place tomorrow allowing us to re-open the site for tomorrow evenings activities."
The original statement said: "Yesterday evening (10th March) we were informed by Southall FC that one of their fans who attended the Men’s First Team fixture at The Racecourse on Saturday afternoon has been positively diagnosed with Coronavirus.

"If you have been on site since Saturday afternoon, please follow NHS/PHE advice and if any medical questions I’d suggest calling 111."
It is understood that Ascot United FC has two major fixtures on next week as part of its combined counties league.
