THE closure of a supermarket "loved" by generations has got the town talking.
Sainsbury's in Princess Square officially closed its doors on Wednesday, February 26, with hundreds of shoppers expressing their sadness to see it go.
But since its closure, resident's have got round to the fact there needs to be another supermarket in the town centre.
People have commented on our social media posts to say they would like to see an Iceland or even a butchers shop.
Joanne Brotherwood, contacted the News to say: "A butchers or a lidl's but I think an Iceland would be a very good idea. I used to go every week to the old Iceland in Bracknell."
