The group states that they will be trying to help the elderly, those who live alone, have chronic illnesses or are disabled.
Administrators of the group have asked on volunteers to help people access food, medicines, collect prescriptions and complete other errands for those most at risk.
Cllr Marc Brunel-Walker from Bracknell Forest Council is one of the members supporting the group.
He said: "I and others have set-up the page to harness all the amazing offers of help across all the various media groups in Bracknell Forest.
"Although there will no doubt be plenty of things that can be done. With the Government announcing that the elderly are most at risk in our communities being asked to isolate for 12 weeks it's very important.
"This isnt about politics - this is about gathering together people that want to help and directing those offers of help safely and securely - protecting the health and wellbeing of volunteers and essential workers, and providing a single source for everyone in Bracknell Forest to register on and aid in communications."
The organiser of the Facebook group is urging residents to call on neighbours to check if they are okay and if they need any essentials.
It said: "This group is a forum for people to offer assistance, or gain support within the community during the Covid-19 outbreak.

"If you are able to help anyone such as the elderly, or those who may be under self-isolation with shopping or errands etc, you can post here to offer that help."
