The following cases were heard at Reading and Slough Magistrates’ Court:
February 17:
CLARE HARRIS, 44, of Lochinver in Bracknell, admitted assault by beating in Reading on February 27, 2019. Ordered to pay £100 compensation.
SEBASTIAN PARKER, 34, of Statham Court, Bracknell, admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements, following release from prison, on October 28, 2019, December 12, 2019, and January 9, 2020. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £60 costs.
HANNAH MULHOLLAND-WAUGH, 30, of Burbage Green, Bracknell, admitted drink-driving on London Road, Bracknell, on February 1, 2020. Found to have 76mcg alcohol per 100ml breath, exceeding the legal limit of 35mcg. Fined £400, and ordered to pay £40 victim surcharge. Must also pay £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 19 months.
February 19:
PAUL BAYLIS, 37, of Glenwood, Bracknell, admitted criminal damage to a glass pane on a front door in Bracknell on January 4. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £50 compensation, £21 victim surcharge, and £85 court costs.
GLENN COLES, 26, of Polehampton Close, Twyford, Wokingham, admitted drink-driving on London Road, Reading, on November 17, 2019. Found to have 175mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood, exceeding the legal limit of 80mg. Fined £411. Also ordered to pay £41 victim surcharge, and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.
February 20:
DANIEL KING, 22, of Mitre Place, Quelm Park in Warfield, admitted being in possession of class B drug cannabis in Bracknell on July 15, 2019. Also admitted being in possession of cocaine in Bracknell on July 15, 2019. Admitted driving without the correct licence and insurance in Anders Corner, Bracknell, on July 15, 2019. Given a community order to comply with drug rehabilitation requirements. Also fined £100, and order to pay £90 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
February 21:
LILIA ADOMAKO, 25, of Tarnbrook Way, Bracknell, admitted speeding on A41, in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, on April 23, 2018. Was caught driving at 88mph on a 70mph dual carriageway. Fined £133. Also ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, and £85 court costs. Three penalty points added to driving licence.
BERNARD THOMPSON, 54, of Dalcross, Bracknell, admitted speeding on A31 Ringwood Road, St Ives, on May 5, 2019. Was caught driving above the 50mph limit. Fined £100. Also ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge, and £85 court costs. Three penalty points added to driving licence.
SARAH LLEWELLYN, 44, of Minden Close, Wokingham, convicted harassment between February 1, 2017, to November 16, 2018 in Reading. Given a community order including rehabilitation activity requirements. Also made subject of a restraining. Must pay £85 victim surcharge and £775 court costs.
MYRON FASTNEDGE, 33, of Rainbow Park, Winnersh, Wokingham, convicted of being in a designated ticket area at Reading train station without a valid ticket for travel on August 20, 2019. Fined £440. Also ordered to pay £7 compensation, £44 victim surcharge, and £160 court costs.
CHARLES PRITCHARD, 24, of Addiscombe Road, Crowthorne, convicted of travelling on a Great Western Railway service in Reading without having paid the £6.70 train fare on August 19, 2019. Fined £220. Also ordered to pay £6.70 compensation, £32 victim surcharge, and £160 court costs.
