A NETBALL coach has uploaded a montage of residents 'passing on' an object to one another to help keep people active during lockdown.
Jessica Terrill, 38, netball coach for Wokingham Netball Club and founder of 'drop-in' netball group Social Sevens, featured Wokingham's community in her fun video edit.
The video shows participants catching something, coming from the side of the screen, and 'passing it on' to the other side - the clips were then combined to make "a massive pass across households."

Jessica has already posted a short clip of this on Facebook, and hopes to contribute as many videos as she can.
Otherwise, Jessica has been posting 'high intensity' exercise videos online in order to encourage wellbeing as well as encourage her club members.
Jessica said: "I’m passionate about the ability sports has to bring people together and to promote mental health and wellbeing.
"My members are aged from 21 to 52, and I’ve seen some beautiful friendships blossom from the Back to Netball sessions, across all age groups.

"I will nurture this when Social Sevens starts by offering an inclusive, friendly environment, and through offering organised social events such as meals out, family rounders and picnic, outdoor cinema, and weekends away
playing Back to Netball and sociable netball teams."
