A lawned area could make way for a new cafe kiosk at Arlington Square West, just off Downshire Way.
Several big businesses have offices here, and the site is soon to be home to American drugs giant Eli Lilly.
The kiosk will be made from larch wood timber cladding and steel with a grass sedum roof.
Two jobs could be created by the propping-up of the kiosk.
Changes to flats in Bracknell (20/00208/FUL)
Twelve flats (numbers 16-27) at Thornhill in Bracknell could see several alterations made to them.
The Silva Homes apartments will have cementitious cladding added to them and existing balconies will be removed.
Roof structures will be repaired, as will canopies, and existing barge boards and rainwater goods will be renewed.
