He says he calls the NHS 'heroes' and wanted to do something to give them special support during the coronavirus pandemic.
His mum Magda said: "Ever since the lockdown began, our 8-year-old son Sebastian has been thinking about doing something special to support the NHS heroes (as he rightfully calls them).
"Together with his younger sister Annabelle, they made their Thank You NHS posters and have been #ClappingForNHS every week 💙
"Hearing the most amazing story of Captain Tom Moore who raised millions for the NHS, Sebastian was even more determined and inspired to do "his" bit.
"He decided to run 100 laps around the block where we live. Each lap is 0.55km (0.34 mile) which means at the end of his challenge, Sebastian will complete 35 mile run!"

Celebrities such as Carol Vorderman has shown her support to Sebastian on twitter and said: "How lovely @magda_watts and Sebastian trying his best to raise money for NHS"
Sebastian has raised £1,190 and hopes to raise even more like Captain Tom Moore.
His mum and dad added: "I couldn't tell you how proud we all are of him! My husband and I are bursting with pride and Sebastian's little sister, Annabelle (7), is his biggest fan. She cheers him on and she also gets involved with the challenge as a Head Coach on her scooter.
"His kindness is never-ending! Sebastian also noticed an elderly neighbour on his run on Friday and he decided to help him. He convinced me to put a little goodies parcel together and he dropped it off after his daily run on Saturday morning."
