IT is no doubt that Bracknell is an attractive place to live for families and first-time buyers.
The borough is one of the most popular locations in the South East for housing, next to neighbouring town Wokingham.

However, according to housebuilders the town is becoming increasingly sought-after due to the increase in new homes being built.

According to house buying site Zoopla, these are Bracknell's most expensive streets.

- Sampson Park, Binfield, Bracknell — average price £1,247,230
- Hawthorn Hill, Warfield, Bracknell — average price £1,213,013
- Ryehurst Lane, Binfield, Bracknell— average price £1,207,980
- Church Lane, Warfield, Bracknell — average price £1,169,292
Zoopla has also rounded up the streets with the highest turnover, where houses go up for sale most frequently.

This is worked out by dividing the number of sales over the last 5 years (excluding new build properties) by the number of homes in a given area.
The 5 highest turnover streets are:
Capercaillie Close, Bracknell RG12 - 73.7%
Chives Place, Warfield, Bracknell RG42 - 53.8%
Crane Road, Bracknell RG12 -53.8%
Woodcock Chase, Bracknell RG12 - 53.3%
Fulmar Crescent, Bracknell RG12 - 51.0%
