POLICE detectives had a rather unusual job this morning by herding some animals.
Officers in Bracknell stepped in to help herd several sheep off a main road at 5.30am this morning.

The sheep were diverted away from the road and back to safety earlier this morning.
Bracknell police made light heart of he situation and said: "Officers from team 5 showed excellent workmanSHEEP by herding several sheep off a main road at 05:30 in the morning! Hopefully this will stop a caLAMBity from happening."
Last week, officers also had a hot fuzz moment by having to help a mother swan away from wandering in traffic.

Posting on Facebook, Thames Valley Police for Bracknell and Wokingham said it was “an interesting shift" for Team 2 as they helped a swan among numerous arrest, robbery, assaults and domestic violence.
They added: “The Swan had gotten separated from its young and was stuck wondering the streets of Woodley in and out of traffic.
"With a bit of help from some members of the public, we were able to get them all safely reunited back on the River Loddon ”
