EMERGENCY services were called to Sandhurst after reports of a car on fire in the street yesterday.

The news was alerted to Thames Valley Police this morning, where they attended the scene on Marshall Road, Sandhurst, at around 9.30am on Sunday, July 5.
The road was closed and Surrey Fire and Rescue attended the scene.

One crew attended the scene, from Camberley station, where a hose reel and breathing apparatus were used.
The fire was finally put out at around 10am yesterday morning.
