WORRIED neighbours say stricter measures need to be taken at Airbnb rentals following last week's horrific stabbing.
A house party in Cavendish Meads, Ascot, ended abruptly on Friday, August 7, after a man in his 20s was stabbed.
Since the incident took place, it has been confirmed that the property where the stabbing took place was an Airbnb rental.
Nearby residents, who wish to remain unidentified, claim 150 people were at the house party causing disruption and 'congregating on the road and on residents driveways and gardens".

A neighbour said: "Cavendish Meads - where this took place - is a quiet family neighbourhood which was overtaken by 150+ people that evening with cars and people everywhere, congregating on the road and on residents driveways and gardens. It was a really disturbing evening for all nearby and ended with a serious incident."
"We are definitely against Air b&b rentals after this. They are clearly not safe for a quiet residential area like this. There are not enough regulations or checks on who is renting out the properties. There needs to be more rules in place for noise levels and group gatherings as it is not fair for the nearby residents to have to deal with these kinds of disturbances."
Police said the man in his 20s was attacked by a "number of men" at a house party. READ MORE: New ice rink is set to come to Bracknell
The force said the victims injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
Airbnb has said they are working with Thames Valley Police in their investigations.
A spokesman said: "We have zero tolerance for illegal activity, have removed the guest from the platform and are providing the host with our support. "All unauthorised events are banned on Airbnb, and we stand ready to support the police with their investigation as we continue to look into the matter ourselves.”
