A BESPOKE furniture brand will be moving into a landmark office space in Bracknell.
The freehold of the large office near to the ice rink and ski slope has been bought by a British furniture brand for £3 million.

Octagon House in Bracknell, close to the Coppid Beech Hotel and been bought by Danetti, a contemporary furniture company.
The large four storey detached building totals 16,000 sq ft with 60 parking spaces.
The buyer Danetti has seen significant growth and the building will be used as their new headquarters with the ground floor being used as their first UK furniture showroom.

Neil Seager at Haslams joint disposing agent, said “We are pleased to have sold this property for our client. We are even more pleased to hear of a British company thriving despite Covid. Whilst some companies are facing challenging times there will always be companies that benefit from structural change .”
