We have delved into crime map data to see how many people were stopped and searched in the town centre.
Data from Police.uk shows how many stop and searches were carried out in 2019.

The map is populated with data submitted by local forces across the Thames Valley Police force.
The location of the hotspots shown on this map has been anonymised.
Looking back, in November 2019 police stopped two suspects for controlled drugs.

The highest number of stop and searches were carried out in the Summer period in July 2019 and June 2019.
According to the data, 12 people were stopped and searched in the town centre for controlled drugs.
In October 2019, one person was stopped for 'anything to threaten or harm'.
In total, 18 stop and searches were carried out on the map in 2019.

According to the figures, no stop and and searches were carried out in Bracknell Town Centre this year.
Thames Valley Police state how 887 searches were carried out but could not be mapped to a location and therefore are not on this map.
