Usual festive plans and family get together's will look very different this year due to social distancing guidelines.

Cllr Marc Brunel Walker for Bracknell Forest Council is aiming to get neighbourhoods across the borough ready for festivities.

His Facebook Group said: "Right - I know this may feel a long way off But hey its 2020 and so lets be prepared for everything! "With Christmas likely to be very different this, and with social distancing Christmas Parties might not happen and even in The Lexicon wont be having our usual "Big Event", so I thought I would create a page for everyone in Bracknell Forest to get involved."
The page is encouraging people to decorate their homes as best they can, take videos and show people where the best lights are.
This way, families can enjoy the excitement and magic of twinkling lights and get in the festive spirit in a safer way.
He added: "Who is up for the challenge of lighting up as much of our Borough as we possibly can!"
