The launch of the government's Test and Trace app has exposed many problems with residents struggling to use it properly.
Many pubs, cafes and restaurants are using the Test and Trace scheme, which allows visitors to get alerted if you've visited a venue where you may have come into contact with coronavirus, using a simple QR code scanner.

The new app runs on software developed by Apple and Google, designed so that nobody will know who or where you are.
The NHS says you can delete your data, or the app, at any time.
But many residents have ran into problems with the Test and Trace programme.
Residents in Bracknell pointed out how the app doesn't work across some establishment in the town.

Also, people with older phones – some bought as recently as 2018 – were discovering that the contact-tracing app would not work for them at all.
We asked our readers whether they have downloaded the app and what they think of it.
Fern Brown said on Twitter: "The app also doesn't work at the Old Manor in Bracknell."
Jo Ilott said: "Yep - but Costa Coffee in Crowthorne need to get the right QR code as the ones they have up don't work with the NHS App. But we still checked in using their app instead."
Another added: "It would be very helpful is shops had the code to scan, only 2 shops in Camberley had the QR code, without the codes this app is useless."
Oliver Frost-Davis said: "Sorry Covid-19 my Apple iphone6 is too old to work!"
The app doesn't seem to work for people who have older phones as The Apple and Google framework used by the government is restricted to those phones which are still receiving software updates.
This means the iPhone 6 and older models, as well as an unknown proportion of Android devices, cannot use the technology.
