1. Adam Smith - Coworth Park
The Head Chef at this restaurant in Sunningdale has helped Coworth Park retain its Michelin Star.
The restaurant won the accolade for a second year running last year, still under the guidance of executive chef Adam Smith.
When speaking back in 2019, he said:"For me, retaining our Michelin star is a testament to the team who work tirelessly front and back of the house to make sure we meet and exceed the expectations of our guests in Restaurant Coworth Park.
"I am very proud of what we have achieved."
2. James Greatorex - L'Ortolan, Shinfield
Previous chef Tom Clarke stepped down as the Head Chef of L'Ortolan last year to James Greatorex.
The former sous chef has always had strong connections with cooking food, says the Michelin starred restaurant.
3. Heston Blumenthal - Celebrity chef
TV celebrity chef Heston Blumenthal is the proprietor of The Fat Duck in Bray, Berkshire, a three Michelin star restaurant which is widely regarded as one of the best in the world.
Blumenthal also owns Dinner, a two Michelin star restaurant in London, and two pubs in Bray; The Hinds Head, with one Michelin star, and The Crown.
4. Josiane Diaga - The French Horn, Sonning
Head Chef, Josiane Diaga has cooked in many of the best Michelin-starred restaurants in London (including The Waldorf) and in France (The Negresco in Nice).
Prior to joining The French Horn near Reading, he was Head Chef at a restaurant in America.
The restaurant said: "Josiane has the French passion for using the best seasonal produce. She always cooks with the diner in mind, never losing sight of their enjoyment."
5. Alain Roux - The Waterside Inn, Bray
Alan Roux is a Michelin starred chef, and chef-patron of The Waterside Inn. He is one of the members of the Roux family, and son of Michel Roux.
The Waterside Inn also boasts three Michelin stars.
Alain also opened Roux at Skindles in Taplow with his late Father, Michel Roux O.B.E. in November 2018.
