At time she was walking her two dogs in Warfield Street she spotted two 'lurcher' type dogs off leads approaching towards her.
She explained how the dogs just 'went for him' [her dog] and explained the ordeal was really scary.
Since the investigation took place, police have discovered that no offence took place.

A police spokesman said: "This was fully investigated by our officers and we established that no offences took place.
"No people and no dogs were bitten or injured and there was no evidence of dogs being out of control.
"The original caller was directed to the RSPCA if they wished to raise any concerns for any other dogs on the site."
Some members of the community, including the woman involved, believe the dogs belong to a nearby traveller's site.
One man who wishes to remain anonymous said: "I know the dogs and can confirm they belong to the travellers living at the site just behind Herschel Grange. They are used for coursing."
