Residents report the road is closed until further notice.
A Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue service spokesman said: "At 4:16pm on Sunday, 4, October, we received reports of a vehicle that had become stuck in flood water on Winkfield Road, Ascot.
"Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Ascot, Bracknell and Maidenhead were sent to the scene.
"Upon arrival, crews found two cars broken down in flood water.
"Four firefighters in dry suits assisted the occupants to dry land and were on the scene for approximately 35 minutes.
"Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service would like to use this as an opportunity to remind residents to take extra care when travelling in wet weather. If the road is flooded, turn around and find another route. Just 30cm of water is enough to make a car float. For more information, visit rbfrs.co.uk/outandabout"
