A COVID 'hotspot' area in Bracknell Forest has been revealed, with 16 confirmed cases.
According to an interactive map, which uses data from Public Health England, 16 confirmed cases of Covid-19 are shown in areas across Bracknell Forest.

The map splits the country up by Middle Super Output Area (MSOA), which are small areas with an average population of 7,200.
The data is updated every weekday, and the map shows the latest seven days for which complete data is available.
At the time of writing, the data included lab-confirmed positive cases of coronavirus (Covid-19) reported by October with specimen dates between September 25 to October 1.

The only shaded areas in Bracknell Forest was Crowthorne North, Crowthorne South, Binfield and Popeswood, Central Bracknell and Wildridings and Wick Hill MSOA, with 16 confirmed cases in that timeframe.
The map is designed to show potential hotspots for the virus, with areas that have had between zero and two cases confirmed in that time frame not being shaded.
According to the latest data from Public Health England, there have been 540 confirmed cases of Covid-19 in Bracknell since the start of the pandemic.
The rate of infection in Bracknell now stands at 440 cases per 100,000 people, far lower than the England average of 503
