And this isn't the first time this type of incident has been reported.

Shelley Hayman, a dog boarder and walker in Ascot wants to warn other dog walkers about the incident on Tuesday, October 6.
She explained how she was walking in Chobham Common near Ascot when a man approached her on the path after coming out from the bushes.
Shelley said: "Please be very careful when walking at Chobham Common.
"I’ve just had a very strange experience where one of my dogs barked and then I heard barking nearby.
"I carried on walking, all the time hearing this “barking” and someone whistling. I could then see two men behaving very strangely, they approached the track I was on from the bushes/not actual pathway and just one of them came out - he had a Rottweiler with him on a lead. "The other guys stayed off track and I couldn’t see him very well but he was still whistling and I think it was him (the man) that was making the barking noise!"

Feeling nervous, the woman put her dogs on the lead and hurried past them.
She added: "The guy with the Rotti called out but didn’t do anything else, he watched me walk a considerable distance away. I then passed another dog walker and told him what had happened so he could look out for them and when I saw him again in the car park after he agreed they were behaving very oddly and clearly not out for a walk.
"He saw the other guy and said he had a bag of something with him. Just thought I’d warn people in case they’re trying to steal dogs as that was my impression."
A similar incident happened in Cabbage Hill on August 28 this year.
A female dog walker was was strolling up to the car park in Cabbage Hill when she claimed to have seen five people get out of a van.
In the back of the van she saw there were cages and she believes the group of men were 'dog snatchers'.
She said: "I do believe they were dog snatchers and definitely made me feel very uncomfortable."
Thames Valley Police has been contacted for more information.
