A man in his 60s has appeared in court today accused of raping a child.
Graham Tattersall, 68, of Church Street, Windsor, is accused of a string of indecent assaults on girls under the age of 16.
The charges came to light following a Thames Valley Police appeal in June 2019 for former Bracknell pupils to come forward.
Ex-students and employees from Garth Hill School, who attended during the late 1970s and early 1980s, were asked to get in contact with police in connection with an investigation into allegations of non-recent sex offences against girls aged 12 to 15.

Police arrested a 66-year-old man from Windsor in November last year. He had since been released under investigation.
Mr Tattersall denies one count of rape, eight counts of indecent assault, and four counts of indecency with a child.
The trial continues.
