Housing developers S2 Estates is wanting to build 420 "much needed" new homes for local people, including affordable homes.
Within this, they hope to provide office and flexible commercial space, suitable for shops, cafes and restaurants.

Plans haven't been submitted to the council yet until their public consultation ends on Tuesday, November 24.
S2 Estates said: "Our Bracknell Beeches development is packed with innovative features and has been sensitively designed to provide 420 much needed new homes for local people, including affordable homes, within a unique woodland setting.
"New raised, tree-lined pathways will offer safe and inviting routes to stroll, jog or cycle around the site and for children there will be imaginative natural features for creative play. At the heart of the scheme there will be a landscaped neighbourhood square with a new access to Bracknell Railway Station linking to the town centre beyond.
"Please view our proposals and then give us feedback on the “Have your Say” page. Our public consultation will end on Tuesday 24th November 2020."
