Many of us have struggled to pluck up the courage to exercise in 2020 but one man from Bracknell hopes his mental health story can help people moving again.
Lyle Duncan from Bracknell discovered how beneficial exercising was for his mood and found it helped his anxiety.

After seeing how exercise has changed his life, the fitness fanatic now wants to help as many residents as he can get fitter and feel mentally better.
"There is no better cure when I'm feeling anxious or down, than putting on my running shoes or picking up some weights." said Lyle.
Being active has helped Mr Duncan so much so that he has created an app, challenging people to exercise everyday.
The Workout Challenge mobile app sees people take on a goal of completing either 150, 200 or 250 workouts over 365 days, which works out to three, four or five workouts a week with two weeks off.
Through this, you can log and track your workouts in the app and follow along with classes and sessions in the workout library.

But the app isn't solely around fitness with Lyle currently in talks with mental health charities so residents can support great causes at the same time.
He said: "Like most people, Fraser and I struggled with long term consistency when it came to exercise. "It was only after a bet (a friend didn't believe that Fraser could do 250 workouts in 2019) that we made the commitment to working out 5 times a week. Since then we've learnt a lot and we've tried to apply it into The Workout Challenge, in an attempt to help others build regular exercise into their lifestyle.
"I always had a large involvement with sport growing up but after leaving school and starting to work full time, exercise was something I struggled to commit to consistently. Often working out hard for a few months before falling off the wagon and ending up back at square one.
"Now having taken the challenge, exercising 5 times a week is part of my lifestyle. For me you always feel better for it! I'm a strong believer that the only workout you regret, is the one you didn't do.
"In a time where mental health issues and obesity are at an all time high and gyms aren't accessible, or aren't as appealing to some as they were before, I think it's crucial for people to get moving. For their mental health even more so than their physical health."
Residents are assured that they won't feel alone as the app is designed to have a community feel to it.
Upon signup, all challengers will receive a physical starter pack in the post including a wall calendar, T-shirt and other related fitness goodies.
